Decoding your man by dessert ;)

You can tell a lot about a man by what dessert he likes! Yup it's true, I've been on a lot of dates, and I've eaten a lot of desserts.  For me it all comes down to that pivotal moment when the waiter comes over and asks "would you like to see a dessert menu?"  Now I am on the edge of my seat waiting to test my theory.  If the guy doesn't even want to look at the dessert menu...gasp, automatic deal breaker.  Now obviously being a pastry chef, I like a man who enjoys dessert, but aside from being biased due to my occupation I believe a man who enjoys dessert also takes the time to enjoy life!

I've been testing my theory for a while now and so far the results have been pretty accurate.  So here's the breakdown....
Apple pie: Traditional, but beware this man could be looking for Suzy home-maker to wait on him hand and foot.
Chocolate cake: This guy knows exactly what he wants and he goes after it.  He's also not afraid to indulge a little.
Saffron panna cotta: Ok so he ordered the one "different" thing on the menu.  Now this is good because he is willing to try new things and he's adventurous.  He probably loves to travel.  On the flip side he probably gets bored easily so be prepared to spice things up!
Sorbet: Ladies this is a red flag...  Be warned at this point this guy is probably batting for the other team!
Creme Brulee: Ding, ding, ding.  This guy is a keeper!  A man who loves creme brulee is a great catch so hold on!  Think about it a creme brulee is classic, refined, and only contains a few ingredients.  This man has a no tolerance policy when it comes to drama, and he is all about quality.  He is a no bullshit, tell it like it is, man's man with a sensitive side. Swoon...
