Magners Brown Butter Blondies

I think the name of these blondies says it all.  As soon as I see the words brown butter, I know I'm getting into something good.  When that brown butter is in blondies, it gets even better.  When you add Magners Irish Cider to those blondies, the only thing you'll ask yourself is why didn't I try this sooner?!

Blondie Cheesecake & a Giveaway!

Today's post is a good one guys! This week marks my first year of blogging, and to celebrate I'm doing my first giveaway!  It's been such a great year filled with lots of desserts, videos, sprinkles, and disco dust!  I have learned so much this past year, and the biggest thank you goes to all of you!  I still can't believe how many amazing people I've met this year, you guys are awesome! Strawberry Goat Cheese Blondies

Blondies are one of my favorite desserts, and I love making them for parties.  I usually stick with my classic recipe, but this weekend I'm making them for a pool party so I wanted to mix it up and add a little summer to them.  I've also been on a bit of a goat cheese kick lately so I knew I wanted to sneak it into this recipe.
